In pursuit of balance, mutual respect, and the protection of the artisan craft, we kindly ask you to embrace the following terms that govern our creations and experiences

1. Structure & Identity

These Terms & Conditions govern all agreements, studio bookings, and international purchases made through the digital space of Intuition Edition. By engaging with our studio or acquiring pieces from our collection, you embrace these terms.

2. The Nature of the Craft

Every object within our collections—spanning high-end ceramics and structural textiles—is meticulously crafted by hand.

  • Organic Variations: Subtle nuances in form, texture, glaze, tone, and dimension are inherent to the artisanal process. These characteristics are not defects, but the unique imprint of the maker, celebrating the beauty of imperfection.

  • Representation: Photographs on our digital platform are curated to reflect the pieces as accurately as possible, yet slight natural deviations may occur.

3. International Pricing, Currency & Customs

  • Currency: All prices listed on our platform are compiled in Euros (€).

  • Global Deliveries & Customs: We ship our artistic expressions worldwide from the Netherlands. For shipments traveling outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for all local import duties, customs clearances, and international taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and are completely beyond our control or oversight.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Passing of Risk

  • Shipping: We entrust our collections to premium, secured courier services to ensure safe transit.

  • Risk Transfer: The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods transfers entirely to the buyer upon the physical delivery of the package by the courier to the designated delivery address.

  • Ceramic  Experiences Creations: For pieces created by guests during a studio experience, we highly recommend personal collection at our studio to ensure the absolute safety of the artwork. If you explicitly choose to have your studio creations shipped to you via a courier service instead of collecting them in person, the shipment is executed entirely at your own risk. Intuition Edition cannot be held liable or responsible for any cracks, breakage, loss, or damage that may occur to these unique, self-made pieces during the firing process or subsequent transit.

5. Return Policy & The Right of Withdrawal

We wish for your chosen pieces to bring harmony to your space. If an item from our permanent, ready-made collection does not resonate, you have the right to return it.

  • Timeline: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your collection piece by notifying the studio via email.

  • Return Shipping: The cost, secure packaging, and logistical arrangement of the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged or lost during their return journey.

  • Condition: Items must return to the studio in their original, pristine, and unused state.

  • Exclusion of Custom Work (Maatwerk): Pieces created on commission, altered specifically for you, or custom-tailored to your wishes are uniquely yours. Under European law, the right of withdrawal is completely excluded for all bespoke and custom creations; these sales are final.

6. Ceramic Experience Bookings & Cancellations

The time dedicated to Ceramic Experience within our studio is carefully held and prepared. Because we preserve the space exclusively for you, last-minute changes profoundly affect our practice.

  • 7-Day Window: Cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling of a booked ritual must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or request for rescheduling occurs less than 7 days before the ritual, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, as the studio materials and time have already been dedicated to your experience.

7. Intellectual Property

The spirit of Intuition Edition lives within its original concepts. All sacred geometry, Thangka proportions, structural designs, text, photography, logo branding, and sensory concepts (such as The Ceramic Ritual layouts) remain the exclusive intellectual and creative property of Intuition Edition. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are woven under and governed exclusively by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes, disagreements, or legal claims arising from our agreements that cannot be resolved in mutual harmony will be submitted solely to the competent court in the Netherlands.
