All orders are shipped with reliable track & trace to follow their journey from our studio to your home.
Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
Processing Times & Creative Rhythm
To honor the careful handling each piece requires, orders are processed based on their stage of completion:

Studio Pieces: Creations currently resting in the studio are typically prepared with love and care within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Custom Creations Home Collection: Dedicated, custom-made pieces require a slower, mindful rhythm as they are born from the damp clay. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your unique object to be carefully shaped, dried, fired, and prepared for transition before its journey home commences.
Ceramic Experience Creations
Pieces created during our studio experiences are unique and inherently delicate. To ensure the highest level of care, we strongly recommend collecting your creations directly from our studio.
Should you choose shipment instead of collection, please note that the terms regarding risk and liability as outlined in our Terms & Conditions apply in full.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalised pieces
- Ceramic creations made during Ceramic Experience
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs of both the item and its packaging so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
